Barry is a hands-on change consultant and team leader with over 20 years of experience working in a variety of roles across the following core industries: Fund Management, Legal, Trust and Wealth Management, Banking, Investment Management, Data & IP and Local Government

With a particular specialty in supporting clients to move from aspirational strategic visions, towards a clear and attainable delivery roadmap of transformation initiatives that provide clear outcomes and value in a real and meaningful way to their organisation. Always focusing on the value to enable the sustainable and appropriate scaled, process, governance and capability within teams to deliver on their strategic goals and commitments.
