Clare Treharne

Clare is a Director at BDO having joined from Deloitte in 2003. She has over 18 years of audit and outsourcing experience in Jersey and London across a broad range of local and international clients within the financial services, commercial, real estate and public sectors.

Since 2003 Clare has been instrumental in building the audit and, latterly, the outsourcing practice of BDO in Jersey from a team of 15 to the current team of over 75 professionals.

Clare is currently Head of Outsourcing, which incorporates internal audit and has led BDO’s delivery of outsourced internal audit service to the States of Jersey for the past 10 years.  Her focus is also on the delivery of outsourced accounting services and other internal audit services to a broad range of financial and commercial institutions.

Clare was recently the Vice President of the Jersey Society of Chartered and Certified Accountants and the Chair of the Technical Group.
