Steven manages our team of IT trainers and adoption specialists. His technical background coupled with his experience of working with a wide range of software users, means he is the ideal partner to oversee the end-user experience when moving from one piece of technology to another. Working closely with organisations, Steven focuses on employee productivity, training and mapping clearly defined processes to so they can realise the potential of their investment

Collaborating with colleagues right across the BDO Group, Steven is involved in Cyber-Security training and ROBUS adoption. Alongside the Digital team, Steven assists clients to improve their everyday business processes, often leveraging the power of Microsoft 365.

With a strong belief that technology should be an enabler and not a blocker, Steven is an active champion of digital accessibility in the workplace.
