Paul Sloman

Paul is Head of the Transformation and Change practice for C5 in Guernsey. Paul has over 20 years’ experience of in delivering change across a range of sectors.

Paul has played a vital role in facilitating British Gas's entry and expansion into the electricity market. He also held various roles at Specsavers and was involved with the implementation of an invoicing solution and various SaaS solutions to support the long-term framework of the business. Most recently, Paul has been involved in leading the finance function within Guernsey Electricity.

Paul has significant experience at the board level from multinational to local Guernsey organisations and a national franchise as well. He is also the director of a local charity.
